New Exercise Music for you from iTunes

I was browsing through ITMS when I found some interesting exercise music:

Running Cadences of the U.S. Armed Forces (via Amazon)

It is a collection of “Cadences” that the different branches of the U.S Armed Forces use while running. An example from the Navy:

“I don’t know but it’s been said; Air Force wings are made of lead; I don’t know but I’ve been told; Navy wings are made of gold”

All being “sung” to a quick quarter time beat, perfectly timed to keep you running speed up to tempo. Or maybe you prefer to walk. Then you may want to try Marching Cadences of the U.S. Marines (via Amazon). Same deal as the running cadences, but at a slower marching/walking tempo (and from the samples these also sound to be a bit more musical as you won’t be breathing as hard while singing them.

Just a little something to make your time on the treadmill a little more exciting.
